อุปกรณ์ปั๊มสุญญากาศใช้กระบอกสุญญากาศและปั๊มมือหรือปั๊มไฟฟ้าดึงเลือดเข้าสู่อวัยวะเพศ ทำให้แข็งตัวและมีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นชั่วคราว มักใช้ทั้งเพื่อความสุขและใช้เป็นตัวช่วยสำหรับปัญหาการแข็งตัวภายใต้คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ ขนาดกระบอกและซีลยางที่ฐานที่ปรับให้กระชับสบายสำคัญกว่าแรงปั๊มที่แรงมาก

เป็นวัสดุที่ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดได้ง่ายที่สุด ล้างด้วยน้ำอุ่นและสบู่อ่อนโยนไม่มีกลิ่น หรือน้ำยาทำความสะอาดของเล่นโดยเฉพาะทุกครั้งหลังใช้งาน เนื่องจากไม่มีรูพรุน ซิลิโคนจึงสามารถฆ่าเชื้อได้อย่างทั่วถึงกว่าวัสดุอื่น ของเล่นซิลิโคนแบบไม่มีมอเตอร์หลายชิ้นสามารถต้มในน้ำเดือดได้นานสูงสุด 1 นาที หรือล้างในช่องบนของเครื่องล้างจานโดยไม่ใส่น้ำยาล้างจาน ควรหลีกเลี่ยงสารหล่อลื่นชนิดซิลิโคนกับของเล่นซิลิโคน เพราะทั้งสองอาจทำปฏิกิริยากันจนพื้นผิวเหนียวเหนอะหนะในระยะยาว แนะนำให้ใช้สารหล่อลื่นชนิดน้ำแทนจะปลอดภัยกว่า

TPE / TPR

วัสดุนี้ต้องดูแลอย่างระมัดระวัง ห้ามต้มหรือล้างในเครื่องล้างจาน เพราะความร้อนสูงจะทำให้วัสดุเสื่อมสภาพหรือบิดเบี้ยว ควรล้างด้วยมือด้วยน้ำอุ่นและสบู่อ่อนโยนไม่มีกลิ่นทุกครั้งหลังใช้งาน ล้างน้ำให้สะอาด และผึ่งให้แห้งสนิทก่อนเก็บ เนื่องจาก TPE มีรูพรุนระดับจุลภาค จึงไม่สามารถฆ่าเชื้อได้อย่างทั่วถึงเหมือนซิลิโคน การใช้ถุงยางอนามัยระหว่างใช้งานจึงเป็นวิธีที่น่าเชื่อถือที่สุดในการรักษาสุขอนามัย แม้จะดูแลอย่างดีแล้ว ผู้ผลิตส่วนใหญ่แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนของเล่น TPE ทุกๆ 6-12 เดือนหากใช้งานสม่ำเสมอ

พลาสติก ABS และวัสดุแข็ง

ไม่มีรูพรุนและดูแลรักษาง่าย เช็ดด้วยผ้าชุบน้ำหมาดๆ กับสบู่อ่อนโยน หรือน้ำยาทำความสะอาดชนิดแอลกอฮอล์ก็เพียงพอแล้ว เนื่องจากพลาสติกแข็งไม่เสื่อมสภาพจากแอลกอฮอล์เหมือนซิลิโคนหรือ TPE หากชิ้นนั้นไม่มีมอเตอร์หรือระบบไฟฟ้า มักล้างผ่านน้ำไหลได้โดยตรง

ของเล่นที่มีมอเตอร์และเชื่อมต่อแอป
